What we collect and why
When you submit the waitlist form, Tally stores your email address and submission details, including the signup time. We use your address only to let you know about Runova early-access availability and invite you to optional runner research. We don’t collect running history or health data here, sell your address, or enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Submitting your address asks us to contact you for these purposes. Interviews are optional. Creating a future app account will be a separate choice. We haven’t enabled email campaigns or automatic respondent emails as part of this signup.
Website hosting
The landing page is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process connection information and security logs to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its provider processing.
Where your email goes
The signup form is hosted by Tally. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect it against spam. These services may process connection information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and security signals, to deliver and protect the form. We use your email field to prevent duplicate submissions; we don’t ask for IP addresses as a signup field.
See Tally’s privacy notices and Google’s privacy policy for their provider processing and retention. The Tally widget loads only when you choose to open the signup form.
How long we keep it
We review the waitlist monthly and remove records once they are 12 months old, when you request deletion, or when the early-access project ends. This is an owner-managed cleanup process. Deleted records may remain in provider recovery copies until those copies expire under the provider’s retention rules.
Access, correction, and deletion
Email help@runova.app from the address you signed up with to request a copy, correct it, withdraw your request for updates, or delete your signup. We may need to verify ownership of the address before acting. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

The landing page uses no advertising trackers or analytics. If you choose Light or Dark mode, we remember your theme preference in this browser. Auto mode follows your device and clears that preference. We do not store your email in the landing page’s browser storage.
The hosted form uses Tally and reCAPTCHA’s own resources and processing. Partial submissions, saved unfinished answers, self email notifications, and respondent email notifications are disabled in the form settings.
